i experienced a minor issue. the street door was closed late at night, and it took some time for someone to open it.

The sound isolation in the room was poor. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep.

The front office staff were friendly and helpful. I received assistance with metro routes and taxi services. The location was central, giving easy access to inner city attractions. The communal space was nicely presented.
The walls seemed quite thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms (a minor disturbance).
